Hard Drive Dock Recommendations

I'm shopping around for dual slot hard drive docks with a thunderbolt interface. So far all I've found is the OWC (https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB2U3DKR2/). I'd rather not drop $250 on a dock, but don't want to be stuck with USB (one machine is rather old and is still running USB2).

Has anyone come across any others that you'd recommend?

    Yes, I’ve used this one and it works great. Simple and cheap.

    Thanks for the link and recommendation.

    I'm still looking for either a FW800 or Thunderbolt interface. Seems like FW800 isn't even an option.

    You can try: HighPoint RocketStor RS5212
    2 slot TB - $150

    I'm using Newertech Voyager USB3 - $30. It is only 1 slot though. USB3/FW800 version available - $68

    Have not seen one with both TB and FW800 so you have to pick one.

    Upon closer inspection, the FW800/USB3 version also has FW400 and eSATA ports. The ultimate legacy dock. 😉

    I have a 2011 macbook so it's only USB2 but has TB2. I use a Caldigit TB2 station so I can get USB3/TB2/eSATA ports.
