Adjusting sliders with scroll wheel on the mouse
Hi, I just upgraded from Capture One 12 to 20. There are lot of new interesting features here, but unfortunately my most used "shortcut" stopped working. When you hover over the sliders (exposure, white balance) with the mouse, in version 12 I was able to change the values simply by scrolling the mouse wheel in 0,10 increments. This was by far my top used feature while navigating with arrow keys through the photos and adjusting settings with a mouse wheel. Now when it's gone, I would like to ask whether is there a plan to add this in some very soon update? In case it won't be added, I'm considering to downgrade back to 12. Is it possible? I'm on Win 10 64bit.

They changed it so that you scrolling scrolls up and down each tab instead of changing the slider. Hold alt while scrolling to adjust a slider. If you go into Preferences, and then General, there is a check box under Tool Tabs which will change it back to how it used to be. 0 -
Wow, thanks a lot!!! This saved me! I looked at the Preferences several times, but I somehow overlooked this checkbox. Thanks again, it helped me a lot 😊 0 -
No problem, glad I could help! 0 -
How about this for the next update... ?
When the mouse is over a scrollbar - scroll the tools.
When the mouse is over a slider - scroll the slider.
More simple - no ALT key required. 😊0 -

I think the idea is to be able to do things without having to reposition the mouse accurately each time.
Or the pen of a graphics tablet.
Or the cursor when using a touch pad.
Or some other type of device.
Amongst other things.0 -

Thanks for this, I was about to write an angry email. 😂 Also definitely my most used "shortcut".0 -
The problem I'm running into is that the scrolling doesn't work. It starts to scroll then quits, it won't scroll completely from top to bottom. I've tried changing the preferences to using "alt" and not using the "alt" modifier key and still get the same phenomenon.
I can still scroll the tool "values" like before and even when using the scrolling of the tool tabs without using "alt", as in the default setting, found that if you click the box containing the tool value can then scroll without using alt modifier key. It's not a problem with my mouse as I mentioned I can still scroll the tool values and in the viewer can zoom the image in and out using the mouse scroll feature.
Am I missing something here or has anyone else run into this problem.
