    Hi Jerry,

I didn't face this issue on my MacBook Pro.

Wonder if this could be a conflict with previous installations and if I need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. Given all of the problems others have encountered with validating installations, I am hesitant to do this unless absolutely needed.

Ever since C1 v10, I have had issues with Undo, and the Zoom slider becoming unresponsive in dual monitor mode. Selecting the default workspace, closing the catalog, quitting C1, and then restarting C1 and reopening the catalog and selecting my dual monitor workspace corrects this until I change workspaces or close the catalog. In addition, with c1 v20, Undo becomes unresponsive after using the Direct Color Picker.

So, I am at a loss for an explanation. Perhaps I have some problem with a custom workspace pref file or other residua from upgrading previous versions, however the same issues occur with the default workspaces. Although I do not need the Direct Color Picker and could just quit C1 rather than closing my main catalog, it is annoying to have to perform kabuki every time I lose use of a common tool. Of note, the support folks have not had a definitive answer, but they are probably swamped responding to installation problems.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
