Upload/Include image in post

How can I include an image in a post to the Forum without it being located on a web server? I think I did this in the past, but can't remember how I did it.When I try to include an image (with or without the Img brackets), it just copies the local computer location, not the image.

  You do need to have it online somewhere such as Flickr, then you can use the img tags to get it to display.
