Fujifilm Pro/Express missing lens profiles
I was using Capture One 20 Fujifilm Express and noticed it was missing lens profiles. I emailed support and they confirmed it's a known issue for C1 20 Fujifilm Express running on Windows OS.
I decided to try the full (trial) version, same issue - no lens profiles! I reached out to support again and they assured me it's a known issue on the Express, not the full version. I sent them the screen capture of the full trial version, no lens profiles. No reply.

Maybe the issue is inherited in the full versions from the Express version you ran earlier. Close CO20, go to:
C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Phase_One\CaptureOne.exe_StrongName_...\13.0.2.13
and delete the user.config file. Next, start CO20 again. Hope this helps.

Thank you, Paul. That was the answer. CO20 Fujifilm Full (trial) now has lens profiles available.

Yes its because its free, because in 20.0.3 its still the same problem, i think they are sleeping.
