Support on Canon EOS 1dx mark 3, format CR3

The latest version of the program does not support this format with this camera. The program does not see CR3 files in folder. When can I wait for an update or find a solution to this problem.

Approaching a month-and-a-half since the 1DX mkIII release and not a peep from C1... what a disappointment.
