Loupedeck+ Support
ImplementedWhen will Capture One finally support Loupedeck in integrating its device, so that we users have a good and cheap alternative for a convinient workflow to the only and high priced Tangent Device?
And I’m talking about „real“ support by offering Loupedeck direct access to Capture One functions. Their current Beta has to use the limited workaround by keyboard shortcuts. Obviously Loupedeck applies for that without success so far.

Hi,
We can't comment on our collaboration with other companies. Please look out for any news from us or Loupedeck
Best regards,
Jakob, Capture One -
I would also love proper fine grained support for Loupedeck!
It's cool that you support Tangent, but for many of us they are way outside our purchasing ability.

I just wanted to create the same request. Yes, please, full support/API for Loupedeck!
Thank you =)

Why limit it to Loupedeck? The original Loupedeck keyboard was just a MIDI device and not really even a well built one. I would be willing to bet that all Loupedeck products are still MIDI devices, but I do not know that for certain.
I think a API for MIDI usb controllers would be a much better solution and that should also cover Loupedeck. This way you can use better built products such as Arturia and Behringer MIDI USB devices. As it stands right now, you could integrate a Loupedeck into C1 by using piece of software that does interface to MIDI devices and then translates the knobs, sliders, buttons to keystrokes that are already defined in C1. The problem is that normally MIDI devices are one-way. All they do it send output. Which is not always a problem, but knowing the current setting of say Exposure and setting an LED above a knob on the MIDI device that you want to be used for Exposure is not possible without an API from C1.2 -
I have to say I Agree strongly with Kevin here!
I ended up actually getting a MIDI Fighter Twister inspired by Pixeltwister's YouTube video on using it with C1. I've set it up and it works kinda well, but I'd love to actually have first party support for this. Once you use knobs on a MIDI-controller editing RAW-parameters using the mouse or keyboard seems positively backwards.
And as Kevin mentions, if you implemented MIDI supports the Loupedeck would easily be able to support C1 as well.
Please consider this feature as using MIDI controllers really make editing RAW photos so much nicer. Lightroom's stronger MIDI-support alone make me consider leaving C1 for Lightroom!1 -
@Jakob Boie Sørensen Any update on this thread from CO?
