    Hi Martin,

The best way would be to submit a request (upper right hand of this page) rather than asking for this support through this user-to-user forum.

    Cheers,

Sorry to say, but this will not work... I've been asking for the support of the new Olympus three weeks ago - and i just got the standard-answer (the same i received when i was waiting for the support of the E-M5 Mark III, and nearly the same when i was waiting for several months to get a severe bug fixed): "...We can't comment if or when support will be implemented for this camera, nor can we provide updates on the 'progress' of implementing support...."

The only reason why i did not switch to another product in the meanwhile was that i have several years of work in C1 and i do not want to use multiple programs in parallel.

Ah... and do not expect to get support for the new HiRes Modes in the M1 Mark III when the support for that camera is added. The HiRes RAWs in my E-M5 Mark III are looking as if they are readable - but they are all unsharp when looking at the details. Answer from the support: "hi-res files from this camera are unsupported".

What's amazing is that Olympus is promoting Capture One Pro as a bundle in the UK:

    https://www.olympus-imagespace.co.uk/em1iii-preorder/

    How can this stick together?

Now this is also mentioned there, the MKIII will be supported in the May-Update.

    Martin,

That's interesting. Maybe it's worth asking Olympus if they can help to provide some impetus to the camera support process?

That said I would imagine that right now may not be an ideal time to try to fast track and sort of development through a technical process that might involve the use of laboratory type testing with several people involved (if that is indeed the case).
