What are you sending back to C1?
A PSD file?
What are you then adjusting?
The PSD file you saved or a file earlier in the process before you created the PSD file?
What are you Exporting?
The PSD file?

I edit a RAW file in C1, few adjustments. Then "Edit with" Photoshop and created a PSD file. Did some adjustments there and saved it and then I did some extra tweaks in C1 on that PSD file and after I exported it, it dont show that last adjustments on the PSD file in C1....helppp :D

What format are you exporting the final output as? And what are you doing to export it? (Describe all the steps, in case we can spot something you are missing.)

As far as I am aware C1 can display PSD files (Flattened) but not edit them.
PSD files are not part of my workflow so I will leave it to others to comment and correct me.

I edit the PSD from Photoshop that C1 created and do > Export variants and then JPG. But the export is different then the edited picture at C1.

I would expect a JPEG to be a little different to a raw or PSD file viewed in C1 - depending on your C1 export settings. These would include your quality settings and choice of ICC profile.
