Remove Old Versions of CO

What is the best method to clean up/uninstall older versions of Capture One and keep all of preferences and settings in the newest version?  I updated to version 20.0.4, but versions 20.0.2 and 20.0.3 are still on the system.  Just run the uninstaller for the older versions?  Any other files/folders to delete?  Which files do I need to back up/protect for the latest version?  I am running CO on a Windows 10 computer.
