From sign in problem

Six days ago, instead of the usual forum sign-in window (the one that still requires you to allow cross-site tracking), I got this (below), instead. Entering my credentials, even when logged into my Phase One account, I got this message on the next window:

"User account [myaccout name] from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Phase One' and cannot access the application 'https://captureone.zendesk.com'(Zendesk) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account."

In essence, the usual sign-in was not displayed, but this one was and it doesn't log you in. Today, it works correctly. It appears to have fixed itself, which is great because I am yet to hear from support about the case I filed April 12.

  Title should be "Forum sign in problem." One problem with the new forum is there does not seem to be a way to preview or edit entries.

  Thursday before Eastern, I was locked out because of the same issue (it was microsoftonline url though), but same dialog and background image. It healed itself Tuesday after Eastern, support ticket still open.

  Although it sent us to the wrong Phase One sign-in, I wonder what the purpose of that sign-in was.

  Jerry,

  I would guess that it is simply an internal Windows web services sign-on that was, perhaps, inadvertently left as a primary sign-in after some sort of admin activity.

   

  FWIW I raised a "Request" about it at the beginning of the Long Weekend  - so very soon after the problem first appeared.

  I presume that self-isolating got in the way of a response.

  Jesper,

  The problem was fixed over 3 weeks ago. It appeared to be a transient short-lived problem, possibly due to software setting at your end (see comments of others). Currently, when I click on the link at the bottom of the topic string that requests a sign in to reply, it recognizes me and automatically signs me in. It is working properly
