Default Noise and Sharpening Tool settings, how are these settings established?

By default Capture One Pro applies noise reduction and sharpening to any image that has been imported with the corresponding available tools.

Are the default settings for these tools camera model profile based, like the the color settings?

How do I have to set Capture One Pro up in order to always disable sharpening and noise reduction?

  Yes, that is my understanding. The default value is always the same but the effect behind the scenes is camera specific.
