Using a 4k monitor

Hmmm, the built in 5K monitor on my iMac just does the right thing.  User Interface items are scaled to the appropriate number of points, not pixels.  Only the image is shown at 1:1 resolution.   In the display tab of system preferences I got the resolution set to Default for display.  Yeah, that probably doesn't help you.

What kind of Mac?  Which version of macOS?  If using a laptop are you mirroring the main display or using Extended desktop mode?

    I have the same problem.

I use Capture One Pro 20 on Windows 10, previously i used a 1440p monitor which was entriely usable, but now I have a 5k2k (4k but 21:9) monitor and the UI is basically unusable.

Seems very weird to me that Capture One, a program that is for photographers, which is probably the demographic most likely to have high DPI displays, can't scale properly.

Edit: I found this short article and the fix worked for me, it's only for Windows though: https://medium.com/jmgalleriesusa/make-your-capture-one-pro-menu-font-look-normal-again-on-hdpi-windows-10-devices-a055d71cfb10
