Share Catalog with two Devices (Mac and Win)
I would like to use the similar C1 Catalog from my iMac for editing and my Microsoft Surface tablet for organising and presenting my pictures.
I have all my pictures and the catalog backup within my Microsoft OneDrive Cloud. So far working well from the iMac, which I used to set this up initially.
But now I have installed C1 on my Surface and cannot open the catalog. As there is no classic open function I tried the "restore catalog" dialog. But it does not find any file to open at the storage destination.
What do I Need to to?

Syncronising all the files to the local drive and then double-click on the catalog does indeed work to open it. Thank you very much so far!
But now I have the issue with the paths: My catalog structure is shown, but the picture cannot be loaded. I repaired the path of a single picture, to confirm that this the problem and now this one can now be shown on the Windows system C1.
Is there a function to automatically restore the paths of all pictures if I show C1 the way to one of them? This would help me for the next weeks. But of course, this is no general solution for my problem. Restoring the pathes everytime I switch devides cannot be the option.
Is there any other setup, I can use to access my catalog from a Mac and a Win system and sync it over a cloud?

I tried it and so far failed. I use SSD disc with pictures and calaogue backups to move across platforms. Restore catologue from backup when changing Win/Mac platform and have to press locate to find path to pictures, as was said they have problems with Win/Mac´s paths.
Win/Mac each is using its own catalogue. Synchronized are via backup exported to SSD before moving to other platform. Might be easy to save backup to cloud and synchronize it this way.
