C1P keeps counting

Hi, 

I'm still learning a lot in C1P and perhaps the following works "as designed" but it is a little bit strange in my opinion: I have made a lot of "smart albums" (User collections).Everytime I choose such a collection C1P starts counting the files. All figures under "Filters" are updated and it takes a while before C1P is ready. I thought C1P was fully databased?

  A smart album would not be smart unless it was constantly monitoring the files available to it.

  To do that it needs a starting point and to check that nothing has been changed externally since the last time it was used.

  If you use fixed albums then the index for the album is the point of reference and the numbers are, in theory, known. The application would only need to check that all of the files are still where the DB thinks they are and than at some point confirm the numbers.

  Ah, I see! Indeed I was making some changes to the files: adding some keywords and removing some (misspelled) words.
