Deskew still unable to to arbitrary deskew...why?

Downloaded 20, tried to deskew a very skewed image...and it refuses to completely deskew...unlike pretty much all competitors. This was submitted as a bug report and feature request in various prior versions.

Am I missing something? Tried keystone, and set amount to max, no luck whatsoever, just like previous versions.

  Just wanted to check if this was fixed in 21?

  Version 21 is not out yet. Beta testers may know whether there have been any changes to this feature, but they will be unable to tell you. I am not a beta tester so I have no idea, but I wouldn't say if I did, of course.
