Tethering using Sony cameras

Here's a question I can't seem to get an answer to..
I'm thinking about upgrading to Capture One 20
At the moment I'm using Capture One Pro 12.1.5 on a MACBOOK Pro
I have a Sony A7R4
Can I focus my camera using Capture One while tethering?

Because I don't seem to be able to...
If not why?

Can I do it in Capture One 20?
