New profiles not showing up

I have installed new profile folders in C:\Program Files\Phase One\Capture One 20\Color Profiles. I have restarted C1 and they are not anywhere in the list. FWIW I'm trying to import Adobe profiles and presets. Like Adobe Raw color, standard, vivid, monochrome, landscape ect. Also Canon's camera icc. The issue maybe that the Adobe profiles are .xmp files and Canons are .dcp files. I pulled all the files from my c drives program data folder and they work in Lightroom.
