Upgrade working as trial

Hello,

just getting pretty scared about what happened with this update. I received an email from your team about the new release version of C1 and that it was for free.

I downloaded it but now It says I'm in trial version.... Why?

Please help we as I have to use the Programm

  Try just re-entering all your license details again.
