Blurred images with new msi Prestige PS341W U but ONLY with Capture One

No problems with my previous Asus Pa329 monitor.  itreid wwitching cable, video card reolutions etc with NO luc,  the system is working beautifully with photoshop, Luminar and Affinity.  i have even opened an iimage in C! and done an edit with to photoshop and the image is pristine. once i save it in PS and re-import into C! it is all blurred again and. The size of the image is irrelevant from jpeg up through 60 meg plus and with AR, jpeg and PSD files

I cannot imagine it is in the cables which I have switched or the video card because they are all fine. 

I love my Capture one so desparately need hel

  Strange.  

  I've read many strange things or issues in regards  to hardware acceleration.   Just to eliminate it as a possible variable.  Have you tried  C1 with hardware acceleration turned off.     

  Under preferences > general tab > hardware acceleration >  there are two drop downs.  One for display and the other processing.

  So the raw image preview in C1 and the exported files look pristine, the images imported after the roundtrip to PS are blurry?

  I decided late last night for lack of anything better to run my xrite program to calibrate the new monitor. after finishing, i opened C1 and lo and behold, my images now look like those created in the other programs.  i am not clear why calibrating lucency allowed my images to be aligned. 

  Any how I am  thankful to all who have show some interest in my problems
