Hello,

I tey to activate the free trial version but i can't use the key provided by capture one

online and off line is the same

  Try staring the download process again and you should get a different serial number to try. ?

  I think the serial number for the trial is for the full C1 Pro trial version.
  Don't try to use it with the other C1 camera versions when you first open the program and have to select which version you want.
