Selective Brush
It would be AMAZING if Capture one could have a brush mask that was selective based on luminence, colour colour, maybe more.
You can guess where I got this idea from and if you have used it then you will know why it would be super useful! (trying hard not to mention competitor names and trying to keep this a happy place, or a light room)
Thanks

Don't these features already exist in C1?
One can use a luminosity mask in conjunction with a brushed mask to achieve selectiveness based on luminosity.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your post.
Hopefully, this tutorial on Luminosity Masking would be helpful - https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002743578-TUTORIAL-Luminosity-Masking
Also, there is an article on the Luma Range masking - https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002622777-Luma-Range-overview
To create a mask based on the color range selection, just go to the Color Editor tool and select an option Create Masked Layer from Selection from the Action menu (the ... icon).
