Process? Export. What's the difference

I have been using CO since version3. Not sure when it started but I see I have the option now to "Export" or "Process". I have always used ControlD to process the pics into the directories I have setup and into tiff or jpg or both. GREAT!

So what is the difference between Process and Export??

   Export won't include any configured watermark and only one output file type at a time.
