Activation Error--Mac

I downloaded trial version but then bought Capture One  20.  Every time I try to open it, the program quits and I get a Mac error.  I have OS 10.13.6 . When I looked at the system requirements,"High Sierra"  was compatible.

  According to the following post, there is a know issue with the activation server.  Apparently Capture One is working the problem.
