No "STRG-D" an scroll in Browser after "STRG-L"

Hy,

I noticed this since ver. 8.1

When using "STRG-L" on an Picture, directly after this I cannot use "STRG-D" or do a mousescroll in the browser. When i click into the browser, the both can be used.
