Can't deactivate license to try Pro
If I try to deactivate my license to trial Pro I get " unable to contact server - please try again later" message. It did this all of yesterday and it's still doing it!
Disabled my firewall but still does it. I think it can access the server as the free updates and activations left change from "??" to 0 after a few seconds.

Me too. Tried 10 times and more,but I could not it.
My Environment.
Windows Xp(32bit Japanese) SP3
Core2Duo E8500/2GB Memory
(hp dc7800SF/CT)
.net framework 3.0 SP1/Japanese Language Pack.
Symantec Endpoint Protection (MR2) Japanese.0 -
you can do it online in 'licence management' on the user account ... i think... 0 -
in the end I uninstalled 4.5 and the re-installed and when running choose 4.5 pro in trial.
Not ideal but works.0
