CO10 crash/restart Imac during exportation

Hi

Just wonder if anyone else as the same issue, when i am exporting a huge amount of images (1000 images) the CO10 during the exportation crash my imac and restart all OS. Any clue what is happening?

Imac 2011 with OS 10.11.6

Do you have OpenCL activated? If so, deactivate it and give it another try.

Thanks @dredlew, i've deactivate Open Cl after a reinstallation and no issues at all during the exportation 😄

Please contact our Support Team. Setting Hardware acceleration to Never can have a significant negative impact on Viewer- and to-file-processing performance and thus we recommend that it is set to Auto.
