Problems with the program crashing all the time

I am having problems with this Capture One Pro crashing all the time. I mean I can barely get my work done.. Anyone else having this problem?

  Try trashing your preferences and make sure you have the latest Mac OSX version.

  Try to be more specific regarding version of CO & OS X and Mac, action during which you had a crash, what you have already done to solve this. The more specific you are the more specific any answer can be.
