For those who have SSD as primary drive.

I have a PC with Crucial 256GB SSD. Recently I decide to update the firmware as recommended by Crucial. The process was quick and painless. However, when I started the CO 6 Pro I received a message that the software needs to be activated. It was odd as everything worked great prior to firmware update. When I tried to activate using my key I received message the software had already been activated!

Anyway, I set up a case with the Phase One team (Saturday night) and received an answer and solutoion next morning! Absolutely great response.

For those with SSD’s if you decide update the firmware make sure you deactivate PO software and reactivate after the update in order to avid same troubles I went through.
