raw files from catalog exporting as a raw

I accidentally chosen catalog instead of session during tethered shoot. How can I export raw files inside catalog as a RAW file so that I can use session instead of catalog?

  Create a blank session. It will by default have Capture, Selects, Output and Trash folders. Close it. Open your catalog, select the images you want to export to the session. Then go File>Export Images>Originals... In the dialog box specify the folder in the new session that you'd like them to go to (Capture, Selects, etc) and if you have done any work on the images in Capture One already, make sure you select the box to include existing adjustments.
