3.7.1 Download

I have been trying to download the 3.7.1 download for windows.It will download about 35% and stop.I have tried this on my desktop and laptop.I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.Thanks......Bobby.

  Trying it from here there are currently no problems, could be due to a lot of downloads in progress.

  I have been trying several times daily for over 5 days and have the same problem .. I get anywhere from 100KB to 1MB and the download stalls and won't restart.
  
  Any other downloads options ?

  Try to download it on somebody else's computer.

  Sorry to hear of your frustrations with downloading.
  This may be a problem with your ISP. If you are at the mercy of a dial-up connection, it is critical to conduct downloads at off-peak traffic times. The worst time to attempt a download are the business hours of the day. Downloading late at night or early morning can improve results, and Save to your Desktop rather than Open. There are some ISPs that time-out long downloads because it sees this as inactivity. Contact your ISP Customer Service or Technical Support to find out if this applies to your account.
  
  Some users have gone to local library, university, or internet cafe to conduct downloads using broadband service and then put on CF card, CD or other media to install on their machine.
