Support Cases System Broken
Hi PhaseOne Customer Support!
I cannot answer to or create any support case, because only error messages are shown:
"Form Error
Sorry there was a problem sending your form submission.
The security challenge (anti-spam) field was entered incorrectly.
Please go back and try again."
I tried with different browsers (Chrome; Safari; Firefox; no plugins) and different computers. Your support case framework seems to be broken!

This has come up before. Search the forum for 'The security challenge (anti-spam) field was entered incorrectly' or parts of it.
So try filing a case without using '<' and '>' and zip your logs and text files.

I entered a support request two days ago but there is no acknowledgement message yet. I wonder if it has been missed. 0
