Opening C1 after deleting catalog

I deleted the catalog folder from Windows Explorer and now every time I try to launch C1 the database window appears with link to the deleted catalog and I cannot open C1. Is there a way to open the program without creating a new session or catalog?

  Either double-click on another catalog or press shift as you start C1 and that will display alternatives.
