White Balance Compared To Adobe Camera Raw
The White balance in Capture One in regards to Kelvin
and tint seem very different from the same values in
Adobe Camera raw.
I guess it will take a little time to get used to the
new values regarding skin tones.
Any helpful tutorials or suggestions for getting
accurate skin tones?
I usually shoot with the colour checker passport and
sometimes set my white balance in camera with the
Expo disc.

As a rule of thumb, we calibrate the whitebalance to that of the camera, so the values from the camera and in CO (when looking at files from that camera) matches.
With regards to the skintones, I would not recommend using neither expodisc or the color checker for ensuring correct/pleasing skintones. Instead use your eyes 😉
Capture One's default color profiles provides great skintones, but of course you might want to to do a few tweaks. For that I would recommend using the Advanced Color Editor or the Skintone tool. Here's a blog-tip on the Skin-tone tool, a tool I personally use a lot: http://blog.phaseone.com/get-uniform-skintones/
You can also use the Curves and Levels tools.0
