Catalog import not making sense

☹️ When I select the top level folder and check "include subfolders" the import skips all of the intermediate folders and only imports all of the bottom level folders and files. This makes one Hugh sequential catalog with only the bottom folders present. This is different from any Database I have ever used or written. Please fix it so it includes all hierarchy folders.

  As this is a user-to-user platform, the 'please fix it' command is not that successful, I am afraid.
  
  Although you are more then welcome to share your experience with other users (some more details would help), I suggest you contact support on this. Possibly something with your setup interferes with the import process.

  Right click on folders. Choose "Show folder hierarchy".
