Capture One CH 8 ¿Where?

I have been using Capture One since version v.5. I have read about the new CH 8, capable of invert scanned negatives and read the pixels in Lab. But I cannot access to this version. ¿Is it possible to cenvert my v.8 in a CH 8?

  Capture One CH 8 is available through selected dealers. Contact Phase One or use the dealer locator from their website.
