Trash icon? Where?

Hi,

According to the documentation, I'm supposed to see a Trash icon in the toolbar. I don't see any and using the "Customize" command doesn't make any Trash icon appear in the customization dialog. What did I miss?

C1 v8 doc:

Delete files from a session

1. Select a file or multiple files to be deleted in the Browser.
2. Press Backspace on your keyboard. Alternatively, press the trash icon on the toolbar.

Keyboard shortcut doesn't work. No Trash icon.

C1 v9 doc:
Doesn't even have a section about sessions ☹️

  On my install of CO9, the icon http://i1381.photobucket.com/albums/ah220/Python54/phase_one/CO_trash_can_icon_zpskq9quppd.png appears in the toolbar, just to the left of the "Reset Adjustments on all Selected Variants" icon:

  Strange. This might me due to my workspace configuration (dual display). I had similar problems with other icons.
