wnet from widows 7 to 10 and now it say my free trial done

Ok a few month ago I put in a new SSD hard drive I my computer and I had to us my 2nd activation to keep using Caputure one. Then on May 21 st My computer installed windows 10 and now it is saying the my free trial is over. I need to get to My pictures for a court case and this sure came at the worst time ever. Does any one have this problem happen to them and how do you fix it? I put in a support case

  Go to "Your Pages", Licence Management and then deactivate all previous entry.
  
  Then when you start C1 8 again you will be able to enter you licence and reactivate it. And still have an extra activation.
