Fill Mask feature not using right opacity?
The "Fill Mask" function is not filling my drawn mask with the right opacity. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
I drew a mask outline of my son in a shot I took of him because I wanted to give him some exposure compensation. After outlining him I clicked on the "Fill Mask" function and the mask I got had a lower opacity than the outline. I had my opacity set to 100% and the filled mask was maybe half at 50%. Here is a screen grab of what I am describing.

Is this a known bug / feature? What could I have done wrong? I'd like to ask the forum here before submitting a formal tech support case.
Thanks! 😊

Not the same here. But I am using CR2 raw files, not DNG. Did you try on other files and file types?

Hi HansB,
Thanks for the reply! I have tried to recreate the situation but was unable to do so. Every mask I drew again and filled came out to 100%. I have no idea what I specifically did to make this happen. ☹️ Maybe it was a case of bad luck or operator error and it won't happen again. I can only hope!0 -
Gremlins Boris.
They get everywhere. You may have seen the film ... 😉0
