ExFat drive
Hello,
I currently work with a PC (windows 7) and a Mac (OS X 10.8 ). To share data between the two systems, i have a hard drive in exFat format.
I know if i want to switch my Capture One session between PC and Mac, I have to delete the file .col50 and recreate it. But the problem is that if I try to open a session stored on the ExFat hard Drive on my Mac, the pictures don't appear in the Capture One browser (the squares are empty).

If I copy the session folder on the hard drive of my Mac, there is no problems! That why i thinks that Capture One have a problem to read ExFat hard drive on Mac (on Windows, there is no problem!)
Is there a solution to my problem ?
Thanks,
Fred

Extended FAT is, supposedly, supported on Mountain Lion so it should work.
If possible I would check the behavior on a Mac 10.7 system to see if it is something other than OS compatibility. Something as simple as a parent folders permissions perhaps?0 -
Thanks for answer!
Before your test, I checked folder permissions and all have a read and write permission!0 -

Yes, the permissions may SAY they are Read and Write but their behavior may say otherwise 😉0 -

I did some tests and i noted that if i delete the file .cos in the settings50 folder, C1 displays again the picture in the C1 browser! But if I close C1 and I open the session again, the problem reappear!
I don't created a support case: where can i do it ?
