    While we do receive all crash reports you will get a much faster response if you create a support case through the website. Then we can run thorough the problem and get you up and running again.

    For the record, I did receive a case number and reply (which was not helpful.) I solved the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling the program as per the specific instructions on this website.
