Turning off sharpening
I always do my sharpening in PS, and want it off as I import files. I have a 'no sharpening' user preset which I set in the adjustments on Import. However, when I look at the images after import, the sharpening tab has a value that I haven't set. I would expect it to be off as it was on import.
My question is 'how do I turn sharpening off and keep it off?"

Hi,
You can create a preset with a zero sharpening and save it as default.

That's exactly what I have done for the import. Do I need to do it on sharpening too?0 -
Yes. Sorry, it is not a preset, but rather a default adjustment:
You just have to left click on the 3 dots of the sharpening tool and click "save as default for....." your camera body.
When you'll open any of your RAW, C1 will automatically apply a zero sharpening to your image.

Brilliant, many thanks. Normal programming has been resumed. 0
