Multiple files selected, but only one processes/deletes/etc

Hi Phase forum people,

In the last day or two in using Capture One, I've run into a problem when if I select multiple files and go to process or delete them, only the first will work.

For example if I select four files as shown in this picture, only the one at the top left will process. (Not my picture, but just to give the idea)

I've obviously accidentally toggled some kind of control, but I don't know how to change it back to normal. I looked through all of the C1 dropdown menus, but couldn't see anything relevant; also tried to search about this, but because of the generic keywords I couldn't find relevant results. Can anyone help? It is such a pain to have to process images one by one.

  Have you checkmarked "Edit/Edit All Selected Variants"?
