Refresh browser view

Gentlemen,
Is there a way to force a browser refresh?
I am running version 5.0 and when I add a new image to the directory, the browser does not update automatically.
It seems to me that this worked automatically in Version 4, but I am not sure.
Please help.

  Works fine here (CO 5.0.1 both pro and standard, XP SP3)
