Can't rate JPEG

Hi

I just imported some jpeg files that I like to compare to my adjustments on raw. I wanted to rate them but CO says it's not editable. Anyone know if there is a way to rate jpeg files?

  Check in CO preferences > image that you have 'enable jpeg editing' checked.

  Either a preference setting (mentioned above) or you run CO8 DB, not Pro.

  I tried it with other JPEG and it worked strange that it didn't work with the ones

  What were the pixel dimensions of the files that did not work?
