Capture One 10.2 hangs after update to macOS High Sierra
Hi all,
since updating to macOS High Sierra and Capture One Pro 10.2 I am having a huge problem with CO hanging - so much so that I cannot use the software at all anymore!
Basically, CO starts and loads my catalogues without any problems, but as soon as I put my cursor into the box for adjusting the highlight/shadow HDR values, CO hangs and the only thing to do is to force it to terminate. This happens each and every time I try to do this!
Has anyone else experienced this?
Cheers,
Kristian.

Now that it's been 3 weeks since the official launch of macOS 10.13 without an "all clear" from Phase One on Capture One, I'm guessing there are changes needed in the software to bring it into full compatibility.
Perhaps there are also some issues that Apple are addressing that C1 users might be very likely to affect C1 users.
In which case Phase would likely need to know that the issue is finally settled (and how) before they could realistically re-test, change things if necessary, and then certificate and issue an update. All to fit in with any other camera/lens/OS/functionality updates the team are likely to be working on.
It must be quite challenging to make development and release decision when some users are reporting no problems at all yet others seem to end up with systems that just do not work.

seems you have an excuse for everything related to phaseone so no wonder why they ignore the wish from many customers to be ready when a new os is available. I can imagine the outcry when the "evil" adobe would act the same way but here it seems honorable but at least they don't have the blame apple drama show like the last years....0 -
my guess - we will never see an update for the actual version . p1 sure thinks its about time to collect our annual update fee. version 11 is probably close to release and it will come like the versions before with minimal improvements a lot of bugs but with full high Sierra support 0 -

Your good friends from Adobe are even withholding LR users Nikon D850 support, so C1 isn't exactly the evil empire you depict it to be. I for one are happy with them. Maybe an update on where they are in the process and the bottlenecks would be good marketing.0 -
Let’s end this thread here. 10.13 support will come in a service-release soon, as always with Capture One. 0
