    John,
Can you give a better description of the error or perhaps a screenshot?
It's possible that you need to convert the DMG if you have an Apple system that doesn't support a "Legacy" dmg. If that is the case the issue is not the DMG itself but rather the Apple system trying to read it.

    Hi Drew,

I have attached a screen shot for you of the error message. We have resolved our issue but are not sure if this makes any sense. We downloaded the file on three different machine 2 of which are running Lion 10.74 with the lastest updates and both of these machines are 2012 Macbook Pro's and have 128gig SSD and 8 gigs of ram installed on them. The other machine was a 2007 MBP with Snow Leopard running on it and a standard 5400 rpm hard drive and 4 gigs of ram. None of these machines would install the dmg all had the same error message. We then tried to install the file from a flash drive to take the hard drives out of the mix and it failed on all three machines.

We then went home and downloaded the file from a different network on a mac book air with a SSD running snow leopard. We brought that file in and it installed just fine with no errors on all of the machines. The only thing we can come up with is it must be something to do with our network? I did some pretty extensive research before posting. So just for information At a later date I will try to reset our network and see if the file gets corrupted on download. By the way I checked all the files we downloaded to make sure they were all the same size and didn't get cut short. Like I said we did get the file installed but I hate to leave things undone. I'll report back if I find any network issues.

    Thanks Again

    John
