Sharing Library over Multiple Computers
Hi,
Im mainly using C1 on my MacBook Pro, however sometimes I would like to use it on my Windows PC (I know, Windows sucks) as its much faster for when I want to do lots of edits.
My question is, is there a way to have my one catalogue synced over the 2 machines? I have a home network so everything is connected if that is required, however I dont know the best way to start. All images will be stored in a central location accessible to both machines. I dont mind having 2 catalogues (one on each machine) but really need them to be synced (if I edit on the PC, I need the sync to happen on the Mac etc).
I tried searching for an answer but didnt find anything.
Thanks!

Bump. I really need this too.
I have all my images on a cloud service that syncs on both computers, Windows PC and Mac, and the catalog file as well. But how do keep the two catalogs synced with all the edit metadata?
Thanks!0 -
Do you work with referenced images or are your images inside catalog? 0 -
I backup all of my images and Catalogues to a web based service; that gives me the ability to work on the same image on different computers making sure that the computers all sync the data from the web based server.
Maybe you should consider giving it a go and see how you get on?0
