Windows 7 SP1 / Office 2010 doesn't work with EM2

Hi Community,

we use in our company Expression Media2 on 4 clients. But the only client which work is the Mac Client. On the other 3 clients we have Win7 SP1 32bit and Office 2010 installed and EM2 crashes everytime I try to open a location with EM2-Files. I saw in the topic above that I have to disable the visual effects, but this doesn't work, too.

Please help me! Or is there an alternative to EM2? EM3? 😎

  I forgot to tell you, that one of the three clients create a Eventlog. Maybe it will help you:

  I think you better log a support call for this.
  I'm on Win7 SP1 32bit + Office 2010 + EM2 without any problems.

  The successor of EM2 is not called EM3 but MP1 (Media Pro 1), the forum of MP1 is here:
