The need to upgrade?

I'm still shooting with a LightPhase. Other than additional new camera support, are there any new advancements in v3.7 that would make it desireable to upgrade, like better file processing results or other features?

  Dear Ralph,
  Not so easy, version is dependent upon the generation of your LightPhase.
  Please post Serial # and lets see where this points us.

  For your LightPhase series, the improvements are somewhat limited.
  Color Noise Suppression is a new feature you may find valuable. The new slider has been added to allow the adjustment of color noise suppression. This may be useful if you shoot long exposures. Banding and noise suppression are now adjusted on a per image basis rather than a general application setting in earlier versions of the software. This allows more control over individual images.
  The BB03 series has been tested for connectivity with version 3.7
  If your set-up now is working fine and you don’t need the new features discussed, you may well want to stay with the version you’re on. There is always the option to download a Trial Version of DB 3.7
